EVE DB SQL Tables

I apologize if this is already out there but I could not find it...

is there an export of the eve DB. The one on the toolkit(*.bak) will not upload for me and causes nothing but errors going into php my admin. I am looking for a 3rd party export, and preferably a by table export so 1 table is 1 file as I have **** upload speed and a 170mb upload takes 8 hours.

The SDE is MSSQL, as far as I know phpmyadmin is MySQL only.
