Was wondering if any WH corporations actually rent planets these days in there system of course for a monthly fee just for PI

Why not simply join a WH corp?
Most of us won't allow some random stranger to have "safe passage" into their hole (as that could easily escalated into a full siege).

Most serious wormhole corps will have their own POCOs set up, and will have an appropriate tax rate set for out-of-corp or out-of-alliance characters. That tax rate on PI products is your "rental" for doing PI on that planet.

You don't need to talk to anyone before setting up. Just find a wormhole, set up your PI, and then come back whenever you need to pick it up. The owning corp will see you paying taxes at the POCOs and know you're a renter.

If it's a character that will be doing nothing but PI, you might as well leave it in the wormhole in a hauler, logged off at one of the POCOs. Again, the corp will see you paying taxes at the POCOs, so you're totally safe. Just make sure you say hi in local whenever you log on to do PI--it's considered rude to not do so.

No corp in their right mind is going to allow this. Even if you are a friendly bunch, having another corp in there introduces risk. Even if it is just a bunch of PI alts opening up the static at inopportune times, etc.

Since you feasibly need a POS to operate in a WH anyhow, just find a quiet C1 with good PI and setup a medium dickstar.

C4s are a barren wasteland of inactivity. So you could find yourself a C4 with the planets you need and do PI fairly safely.

people will sometimes get people to turn over their POCOs to avoid getting evicted/harassed.
aharm and talocan united both used to have quite a lot of pocos in random other WHs.

They are prolly their protectorate POCOs. Youll pay them POCO taxes in your system and they come to deffence if your pocos got reinforced.

But why renting when you can buy yourself any WH imaginable quite cheap.

I was wondering if there like any tools out there that will let me anchor a small POS to harvest stuff in general cos i`m totally clueless on how much that will cost a month + POCOS
