Survilus was created for using a carrier, but also wanted HACs so it has that also, the only thing you requested that he doesn't have is carrier V, he has it to 4, and a remap avaible

He has fighters 5 with 5Msp in drones

You say you can go to 14b, but i'm offering it for 8b, it would be 7b but I can't afford the transfer cost :(
