It's organized by a NPC alt most likely from high sec. They can't even use cans of tuna to herd those cats so it took some time.

The Reighptrain doesn't stop in Provi. They recently changed the routing so it only runs to Fountain, they just haven't changed the signs yet.


The Completelyconsensualsnugglingtrain stops here though.
