I use a laptop with touchpad to play EVE. I don't even own a mouse. I normally use PageUp and PageDn keys to Zoom In/Out while in space. It will not let me use those keys to Zoom In/Out on the Map and therefore I am basically unable to use the Map completely. I believe most people are using the Scroll Wheel on their mouse to Zoom In/Out.

Greetings,

The shortcut to make this work without a scroll wheel is to hold down both the left and right mouse buttons, and then move your cursor up and down. This will zoom in and out.
