Hi there,

i just found an empty c4 wormhole and i am wondering if it is desirable at all and maybe worth selling. It has a c5 static, no effects and 9 Planets (3 Barren 3 Gas 2 Temperate 1 Plasma). Is that decent for PI? Do you think I could sell it? Sorry for the noob questionsBig smile

Yep. It's probably worth 10 or more billion isks.
Careful though, people will tell you it's worth a lot less to try scam you. Be strong! Stay in there, you'll find a buyer.

I'd guess 10 bil was a little on the low side, be careful someone doesn't spike a tower in there before you manage to sell it, in fact I'd suggest you move in temporarily until you can find a seller to secure it.

On a more serious note, it's worth at least 700m. Throw up some small towers on all the moons and throw it up on the forums. Sure you'll get some lowball sellers but that's expected. The small towers are worth the investment to secure the hole.

_It's very simple, really. If you see Tengus on scan, they are ratting. If you see a shitload of Tengus, the Russians are blobbing. If you see Proteuses on scan, they will be on top of you in about a second. If you see a shitload of Proteuses, the big boys are having a goodfight. _

Serious answer it can range between 100 to 500 mill. Depending on if anyone wants it and what they are willing to pay.

Have a look at http://wormholesales.com/ and compare. Will give you a hint of the prices, also a good place to sell. Good PI planets will always add to the price. You can quickly check the range of PI products of a given system with eveeye.com.

C4 static 5s aren't great, PI is ok.
Anything with a static 5 just makes me die a little inside, mostly because C5s normally have a static 5, which results in what we call the C5 superhighway.

No wormhole is worth more than a billion unless it is sold with caps inside, POCOs, or a tower.

No wormhole sale deal is ever worth the time, unless you are a real estate sales agent in RL or always wanted to be one. All the time spent finding a buyer and negotiate with him, scan routes in and out and so on, you could make more ISK from other sources in the same time. Which is of course irrelevant if you just enjoy being a wormhole trader, but otherwise... no.
