Can't build Loki in station

I have a BP for a Loki but when I tried to build it it said "This product cannot be manufactured at this facility."

The station is in a 0.9 location. Where do I need to build a Loki or what does the station need to be able to build it?

You need a POS and a subsystem assembly array to make the hulls and subsystems of a T3 cruiser.

That last link claims you can make a T3 hull at an Amarr outpost.

It means you need a POS. The POS can be in highsec or anywhere else, it doesn't matter.

Quick question about POS.

Is it your standing with a faction that allows a POS to be built in 0.5 - 0.7 space or is it corp's standing with faction?

Your corp's standing with the faction.

The corp standing is the average of the unmodified standing of all members who have been in the corp for more than 7 days, excluding those who have no standing at all with that faction (not 0, no standing)

You could look for a corporation that already engages in this activity, rather than going through the standings grind for your current corporation.

How do I go about finding a corp that has an assembly array?

It might be easier for me to simply create my own corp.

You can find folks who sell corporations with standings to put up a POS.

Generally, there are 2 ways for you to hire/purchase the standings necessary.
1) your char joins a premade corp that the person is selling, they make you CEO and they quit. You are now CEO of your own corp with temporary standings to put up a POS.
2) they join your corp, everyone with non-null standings quits and 7 downtimes later, the corp now has standings to put up a POS.

You will have 7 downtimes before your standings take over and you won't have the standings to put up a tower.

So if you're interested in buying a corp, you may want to acquire a POS (and modules) and scout out a suitable system (with a few alternatives) for free moons beforehand. From my surveys, Lonetrek is very popular with towers and everything along the Jita-Amarr corridor appears full.

There is a 3 option, similar to option 2 and you don't have to wait 7 downtimes. The calculation is made at every downtime, based on the people in the corp at that time, so the next downtime after the all the low standings people leave they are removed from the equation, thus it instantly goes up at Downtime. (I've done this a few times)

So basically kick all the people that don't have the required standings, wait till DT, put up Tower, everyone rejoins, Done
