Is this music played between matches and just on the start of the stream everyday posted somewhere? Or I am wrong, and this is not "AT theme".

You mean the music in the background for Scottish Voice Guy and the wub wub wubs for the AT logo? Yeah, those are tourney-specific music and I don't think they're available anywhere.
