Viable but hardly worthwhile against randoms. You don't really stand to earn much and roaming would be a more productive use of your time.

Spreading cyno's about is all well and good but the jump range on the BLOPs is limiting.

Several groups already do this although I am not sure how much time they devote to this over other activities. It would mostly depend how many targets you find yourself getting in a week.
