You may very well lose a customer means unless they sort the problem out, they COULD lose a customer.

But sounds like they've finally contacted eachother and I've received a response from GM Yuggoth again saying their sorting the problem now.

What your goddam problem is with Ukash?

Everyone who's posted on here seems to have a rather big problem with ukash.

I bet half of you haven't even used it, yet jump on the bandwagon because everyone else is hating it.

If you actually did, you would have known I said "You COULD very well lose a customer...

So please explain to me what part of that said I was actually leaving?

And to further what I've said, if you did actually read, you would see several posts ago that I said my problem is in the process of actually being sorted now...

So you give guy A your money to give to guy B. Guy B who was supposed to get it has no idea what you are talking about tells you to talk to guy A because they took your money. Guy A then gives you proof that can only come from Guy B who has already told you that proof doesn't exist. If you haven't figured it out yet Ukash is dicking you around, and speaking as someone who works in customer support for a different company any time they "Forward your information to the correct group/division/person" they are shuffling it off to some over worked schmuck who's job is to find a reason to deny your claim or delay it until you give up.

Yeah that was true up until about 4:30pm GMT yesterday, when GM Yuggoth replied again saying that their working alongside Ukash to rectify the problem...

OP, you should be aware of the fact that you are not the only person with a case for the support team.

It's pretty much like buying a ticket in the cinema. There are people in front of you and you have to wait until you are next in the queue.
