Does CCP really not have a dedicated Customer Support team?

Three days is a little excessive to have to wait for a response in regards to a payment issue with Ukash.

Although both sides have now been sending me on a wild goose chase.

Ukash: Telling me to get CCP to contact them in regards to my vouchers code being used for the payment.

CCP: Telling me to get a refund from them, even though Ukash gave me there transaction numbers to give to CCP's customer support.

Still no reply.

Getting sick of this crap.

All I want to do is play your ******* game CCP, whats wrong with that?

So your system wasn't processing Ukash payments when I tried paying using a UKASH VOUCHER?

Did you ever stop to think your system might of lost it to the void if your system wasn't processing Ukash payments correctly?

Taking the ****.

If this isn't sorted soon. Then you may very well lose a customer. Not that you would give a **** about that anyway as long as you have everyone else paying for services.

W-w-wait a second I didn't say I was leaving yet. :o

I'm still waiting to see if this bullcrap gets sorted out today or not.

THEN and only then may I consider leaving or worse buying another code to attempt to pay again.

It's an EVE Forum tradition to treat anyone who has even remotely hinted at the idea of leaving as already left.

Not that the customer support people will have read this but it was mostly an attempt to get them to hurry the frick up with contacting the relevant deparment of ukash in regards to my payment.

Sorry to dissappoint you but I only have a thorax and 15.9m, probably would have alot more by now if they hadn't ****** up my payment.

The thing im most dissapointed and pissed off about is the fact that in order to use LVL III agents you need an activated account...

Which I have paid for. Otherwise Ukash wouldn't have a payment registered on their system under CCP's name...

I've received a reply yesterday from GM Yuggoth telling me to simply get a refund from Ukash.

Funny thing is that he didn't seem to know the rule Ukash has about refunding UNUSED codes...

So now Ukash is supposedly contacting CCP on my behalf.

Why should a CCP GM know the billing and refund practices of whatever shady third party billing service you're using?

Wait until it is settled, by either CCP or Ukash, ask them about the status of your request every other day. After that - register at paypal.com , problem solved completely.

So paypal's outta the option range I have. That's the whole reason I had to use Ukash in the first place...

...arising from CCP's payment processing. You generally deal with billing issues with the people whom you gave your money to.

How bout you contact the people you gave your money to. I.E. The third party billing service.

I'm saying don't make it out to be CCP's fault if a different company has ****** customer service. Also don't make it out to be CCP's fault that their GMs aren't trained in the practices of a different company.

Also the only company with crap customer service seems to be CCP, Ukash has answered me several times and has sent my case to the appropriate division in their company several times trying to get a response from CCP.

Don't get me wrong CCP have done a great job with EVE/Dust and the cross platform compatibility. What I don't like/get is why a company with such a popular game has such poor customer support services and have GM's answering questions about payment issues.

I recently had to wait almost 3 days for my billing question, and it was directly related to CCP's end of it. Only to get a cookie cutter response that did next to nothing to resolve the issue. Then had to wait almost two more days for a response that looked like they actually READ the ticket...so much for the idea of 'billing' tickets getting a higher priority because they deal with CCP getting paid. Roll

Ukash has provided me with both transaction numbers from both CCP's billing system and their own billing system.

HOWEVER

As Panhead4411 said I received a typical "cookie cutter" response from a GM that not being funny looked as if he had glimpsed at the ticket and replied.
