We have started a new eve bidding auction site at: http://www.evebid.net

A bid costs 1 credit and 1 credit only cost 1mil ISK. Have a look at the site for more details.

Please note this is NOT a RMT site. This is a fun site. All ISK, ships and items stay in the game.

We will be using a trusted third party for high value items. Details to follow. For now we have put a few auctions up for you to see how it works and so you know we're out there. If you're worried about a scam please have a look at the site and give some constructive feedback while we sort out the details with a trusted third party.

your site is backed up by an alt
you don`t put leading bid
you don`t say the price your items were sold
you`re too poor to make auctions for something more shiny , all your stuff worth maximum 400m = you can`t afford to expand the site to the next level

you`re just scamming in my humble opinion , and even changing the 2nd and the 3rd points , you`ll still be a huge risk in the end .

Actually it seems legit, I put 10m in there and recieved a raven this morning. Big smile

Because it isn't an auction site. You pay 1m before time is up, and the last person to do so recieves the item. It is more like a gaming site about timing.

in my humble opinion, setting up a char and corp and website just for this cheap scam is unlikely, as the profit would be really low with only a couple of people investing 1-10m or so...

Seems to be a bit of misunderstanding as to how the site works. Oolon Coluphids is 100% right.

I've updated the site so that new users get 5 free bids when they register. I haven't had time to test if it's working as I'm a bit busy IRL. If you register and you do not get 5 free credis please send me an in game mail and I'll sort it out in a few hours. I will also give all existing users 5 free credits as soon as I can.

I will add some more free bids with shorter timers so people can 'play' around a bit.

Nope , actually IT`S YOU that looks even worse now ... that "winner" is an alt in a NPC corp who never posted before on eve forums ...

he seems to know exactly what you intent to do with that site , and he won a hulk and a raven with 10m , for like 5m each ... WOOOOOOOOOOOOW , COOL STORY BRO .

I can`t believe you took the time to make a site for such a ****** scam .

as you can see right below my name, I'm not in a NPC corp, and if you would have taken a little bit time to look me up, you should see this is actually my main character (and just to be clear, I'm not in any way connected to Evebid).

Next time think twice before you insult somebody as an alt...

Sorry. Things got a bit hectic.

I have decided to run a promotion for the next few days. Credits will only cost 100K each now. New users also get 5 free credits when they register.

I have also updated the site. There are some free bids running so people can see how it works. I'll put some more ships and maybe a few faction items on a bit later.
