Many neurological syndromes prove that god had a very sick sense of humor when he created the human brain.

I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it. Yes, I do feel bad about it.

So Kandinsky had synethesia? That might explain why he liked to paint rhythm/music, like this and this.

Sorry. I'm skeptical of this article and the one that links to the National Post.

There are no actual quotes from any of the doctors in either except for a brief "“It’s a pretty rich synesthesia that he has”

I can understand the condition bringing him 'into' the Beijing ceremony, but then a synesthesiac event within that to where he could feel the heat and humidity from the people ? I think that's too complex for any brain to do.

Both state where he is only the 2nd person in history to have this as the effect from a stroke, yet all sources I can find indicate that stroke is a common reason for synesthesia development.

Also, one can only have one form of synesthesia, and this individual is describing both color synesthsia AND sound synesthesia.

I'm just not buying it.

I guess it kind of makes you wonder....is that really the barrel of a gun you see James Bond through in the opening sequence... or..

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

I feel sorry that he had to have a stroke to join our little club. When I hear that music, visions of Roger Moore fill my mind, and truthfully, it's all over for me right there.

Just wondering what you are implying is funny in itself, but I'm not completing the follow through on my own for once. What is your implied alternative (maybe I need moar coffee) ?

We do not speak their names here!

Nor Daniel Craig, im not a fan of his in bond. Hes a good actor but not a bond to me.

Sean Connery is the quintessential Bond, I think that Daniel Craig is a good Bond for the 21st Century though.

Connery is the quintessential Bond, true. But the Roger Moore Bond films are my favorite. Especially the ones with Jaws. A little bit tongue-in-cheek, and lots of excitement, without having a lot of orange fireball explosions.
