Tossing a slight variation to the breacher fits listed. However...it does require implants. CA-1, CA-2 and EE-603 Should do it.

Of the ships I personally have flown successfully: (all ships are ab/scram/web fit)

pulse laser executioner
armor tanked breacher (visualize ab/scram/web/td + plate/dcu/repper)
rocket / mse condor

Of the ships I have not tried but think are awesome
tormentor

I would like nothing more than to add punisher to the list, but I have yet to encounter one that wasn't a free kill, and the style of combat required for the ship is contrary to how I like to fly, so I haven't experimented with it extensively.

I am a HUGE breacher fan! I don't see to many of them in the low-sec i hang around though.
