What is a Local Lottery?

Everybody knows the normal lottery system, i tried to find a system to make this more eve compatible.
Instead of the six numbers I take the number of players who stay in Jita at 18:00 evetime.


How does the Local Lottery work?

1. You send the entry fee to me. (If you send it after 17:00 it counts for the next day)
2. As reason please enter the number of playes you expect for 18:00 in Jita. (The second the clock turns from 17:59 to 18:00 counts)
3. If you guessed correctly you'll get the entry fee i got the whole day.

If there are more players who guessed correctly the pools of is will be shared.

The winner of the event will be listed in my Bio with the amount of ISK he or she won.

For today the entry fee is 1 Mill ISK, it's the first day of the event and nobody has to fear about scamming with 1 Mill.
