ShockedFirst let me fill you in on my situation.

I am part of a small wormhole space corporation. We have recently joined an alliance and have allowed a second alliance corp to come into our home w-space system and setup their own POS. We are set to mutual blue and have managed to figure out how to stop our POS'es shooting at each other (thanks to some help on these very forums).

Now the next issue, my corporation use a googledoc spreadsheet to map out our daily connections, we are allowing Alliance pilots based in our w-space home to use this sheet and it seems to be working fine - until we come to actually SHARING the bookmarks made with each other.

My corp have quite happily used a couple of bm cans in our own tower for several months. Unfortunately, our Alliance pilots can take from this can but cannot replace the bookmarks. And vice versa if they have a bm can in their tower.

My question then is this, how do we ensure that all pilots have access to the latest set of bookmarks?

Any useful suggestions greatly appreciated! Lol

One BM can for each corp at each POS? You'd have to put a couple copies of the BM into your respective can. An alliance member could take BM's from it, and put back copies in their own BM can for their other corpmates.

You would still need multiple copies, but at least then the first alliance member would only take away one and then replenish their own.

Seems like the only real viable way to do it IMO.

don't anchor the can for corp/alliance.anchor it as personal and set a password you share with everyone. should work fine I used to share a can with several friends and we weren't in the same corp or alliance.
