Modules offlining after jump sometimes

I have had this happen to me like 10 times this year:
Im just flying in space happily and suddenly after jumping through gate all my modules offline themselves, but show online on fitting screen. Not only offline but they dont even show being installed on the module buttons near capcircle.
When this happens i cant jump/warp/cloak/mwd, only thing i can do is fly subwarp in random direction and log off.
The problem fixes itself after i relog AFTER the ship emergencywarps out, if i relog too fast the problem persists.

CPU/PG isnt even used by the modules which should be installed.

This only seems to happen when im watchin youtube videos while jumping around or having maybe having heavy download burst. Now i know i can avoid it happening by not taxing my connection but it would be nice to not be afraid of this happening.
It happens VERY rarely though.
