Micro Freezes

So I have been having an issue for the past week or so where I am having micro or 2-3 second freezes in the client it is always after clicking something or some action being made. Most notably when launching or returning drones. But it also happens some when fitting ships or buying stuff on the market.

I have already tried updating my graphics card driver and clearing the cache in EVE.

I uninstalled and re installed Eve and the issue appears to be resolved for now.
