The ship is just a tool, an extension of it's pilots will and resolve. Any pilot skilled enough can make any combat ship into an effective PvP platform. Arrow

But there is officer EANM's, MFS'es, MWD's, Warp Disruptor's, Stasis Webifier's, Heavy Capacitor Booster's and ofc officer Blaster guns to a Vindicator for example.
