Greetings i am looking to buy a starter pvp pilot.

prefered race is minmatar but can use any.

i am looking for core skills more than anything so things like engineering and electronics 5

other things like frigate rank 5 are what i am looking for, doesnt have to have t2 guns but its a bonus

as i say im looking for for the building blocks for a pvp pilot

nice name is a bonus no numbers please.

Infected4ever would have been perfect for me to take and i would have purchased instantly but has a number in the name and i am quite picky about my character as it will soon become my main.
