Moa looks like a stretched frog. It is hideous and offends me.

Probably because not everyone considers them ugly. A lot of people hate minmatar ship models, they happen to be my favorite.

We can keep that ugly feel and eve uniqueness while making something that looks a bit less down syndrome inspired... This applies to many ships in the game including the Dominix and many more...

Most of ship models in EVE arent ugly, but are just old. I quite like Moa, but it would be nice to redesign most of ships just like they did with Scorpion and Sacri.

If they ever do remodel any ships the only thing we can be sure of is that they will remodel the wrong ones and make them worse.

Scorpion ? Old one was poor but far from the worst, new one is an embarassment, the sort of thing a four year old thinks is cool - "OOH look a giant space bug!!!!!"

Maller ? So it had a bit of big nose - hardly the worst fault in the eve universe. Now the supposed toughes tt1 cruiser in the cluster has lost it's characteristic Amarrian sleekness and looks like it made out of tinfoil.

In the meantime the true horror stories go unfixed - Imicus ? Exequeror ? Moa ? Bellicose ? All too hideous to fly, if I was seen in any of them I would pod myself with shame.

The old one didn't look very nice, I for one like the idea of symmetrical models but that wasn't the only reason that the old model was hated on. The redesign is lovely and believe it or not actually provoked me to fly those hulls more often. You should see the Widow with the current model, hands down one of the best looking ships in the game.

ps. If liking the current model makes me a four year old, then I probably shouldn't be allowed to keep my EVE account =)

Moa is a beautiful petunia...

new skins? yes
slightly updated and modernized? yes
(that new amarr boat? ccp hit it out of the park on that one)

total redesigns?

I find that a ship's beauty is proportional to the number of times it gets you out of a sticky situation VStraightV

So personally I'd rather CCP focus its diminishing resources on game play over aesthetics.

Really? it's hideous, I mean it has some charm cause it's ugly as sin, but it's ugly.

The Hurricane Model looks like a broadsword (hint hint)

So... we can expect any redesign of Moa, or Raven becouse they are iconic?

Meh.. i agree with who ever said that some new skins yes.. but don't do redesigns and don't touch the domi... its ugly .. but I have grown attached..

I've always hated the Apoc. It looks like a MENTALLY HANDICAPPED dog floating around.

Then again it also resembles handbanana.
