So did CCP move moons to Fountain on purpose, to aid goons again?

Delve is pretty well packed to the gills with R32 moons, and has been forever. This isn't news look it up on Dotlan. So far as it goes you know what region is short on money moons? Deklain. Fountain came up bingo with a goodly number of the moons that were added with the tech nerf, but that wasn't Goons' space at the time and there had sort of been a cold war going on for about a year.

Considering that neo is are about a tenth of the value currently of peak tech, and that commodity is much more diffuse then tech ever was.....release the tinfoil, Goons weren't helped at all.

Yoow wassup Onictus, thats been a loooong time.... How are you doing?

Do you remember the silly Windows hacks where you got a button (or anything) that you need to click, but it moves away from the mouse?

It would be kinda funny if the valuable moons would start behaving in the same way :D

it's even more funny when hisec peasants envy nullsec but refuse to move there because there's a chance of being blown up

The funny (or depressing) part of it is that they can make those riches themselves. It's only a couple of bil per moon per month — the equivalent of maybe 125 hours of L4s… and I have this sneaking suspicion that that's not a particularly high number for many mission runners.

I would not be surprised either. 4 hours a day is probably not hard if you concentrate your time on EVE. I don't because I play too many different games but I am pretty sure some people are rocking many more hours/months and they are probably the reason why high-sec generate income rivaling moons for some people.

I thought an R64 was like one bill a month now.

Tech, a lot more, sure. But that was also massively "manipulated" of course.

Many outsider think of null moons as these passive isk faucets that just give people candy. They imagine that if you join any null sec alliance you get a free isk spewing Moon in your "welcome new overlord of space" gift basket (along with mints, an Icelandic Ammonia fish and a "CCP Soundwave does the oldies" CD). I mean, it's not like null alliances are risking Trillions of isk in ships, ammunition and fuel and thousands of actual man-hours to find,. get and keep these moons or anything.

For some reason, my gift basket was a few million mega Tonnes light.

Those ships were supposed to have their MWDs on.

Which begs the question: Why are they complaining instead of joining up to get the gift basket?

Either because they aren't sheep, they know that all organisations shoot newbies and take their 500M deposit, or because they don't want to be a part of the blue donut, whatever that then is.

they want to be ~free spirits~ and not have to log in when the overlords say to, because apparently red pen 100% tax CTAs are a common theme in 0.0

despite being ~free~ they still get flogged by the lords in an effort to remind them of their place on the ladder

Furthermore, in 0.0 you can't even control your own skill training. Your overlord dictator organises your queue for you.
Your language also changes. For example, everything is literal in 0.0.
And of course, you can't hold opinions contrary to your dear leaders. It's a literal thought police.

You sir, have no clue what you are talking about.

The war between TEST and the CFC, was already close to erupting almost a year ago.
Besides this, it actually started BEFORE Odyssey and if i'm not mistaken, not much was known about locations of moons back then.

Oh give up, thats was total propaganda, and nothing happened. The only reason CFC invaded Fountain was for the moons. So please stop. Even Mittani admitted that.

Oh moron better if u give up, before u talking more bullsh*ts.
CCP helped goons yes, when reseted the server isn't when CFC trapped the TEST capital fleet, isn't ? :P

If only there was a corp who after you fulfill a few small requirement, would shower you in ISK, send you to get trained into what the game offer in various group and took you even on strat ops in different roles so you can learn what it is from the beginning.

If only such thing existed...

My personal Dyspro moon is pretty good. There are pos mods that mine it and then teleport the goo straight to Jita where it sells it for 50% above market by hacking other peoples buy orders. This is what happens when you are friends with CCP. Thanks duders.

I have no issue with the Goons taking full advantage of a ****** mechanic, but Sov Warfare and Moon Goo mechanics need a complete overhaul.

I loved the Farms and Fields Idea's and Ring Mining whilst is probably all pie in the sky and wishful thinking would certainly be a lot more fun.

Its a little strange, that all the tech got nerfed, then they move all the moons to fountain, where we all know there has been tension between test/cfc.

Seems a little deliberate...

Yet again why did CCP move the moons into one region and still not spread them out...

I think CCP should make *all* content dynamic. I don't like the idea that a moon has X mineral and it's static and like that forever. If they want a regional conflict generator, they just have moon minerals fade over time (a long time, if you like), decreasing at one moon, increasing at another, keeping the total amount the same across the universe. Then you'd have a permanent state of war in different parts of the galaxy.
