So did CCP move moons to Fountain on purpose, to aid goons again?

CCP's EVE Nullsec Content-filling Masterplan:
From the old beginning: 2 alliances were created to make the game interesting: BOB & GOONS to create a dynamic nullsec. Rivaly between them created the stories that gets told today. But T20 did a whoopsy that got leaked out. The public image of CCP and BOB were damaged. BOB (a dev, now in goon) silently hit the "red" button. The disband button on the exacly right time (coincedance, mm i dont think so). BOB went, regrouped and half of them went to faction warefare and the other half regrouped into 2 corps in Goons. After the balance of EVE nullsec was gone, a 0.0 stalemate took place. A handfull of combat took place but expecialy the north had become 1 nap fest powerbloc. Something had to happend and CCP came up with the Tech & Anomaly changes, to spice up the combat. Goon went from underdog to powerdog due all the "Lucky" moonspawns in their recent new home system that Tau Ceti Fedaration "gave" them. The moon grabbing took place, PL joined in and magicly from out of nowere this new Alliance roose, TEST. Based on the same idea that made goons strong, recruiting looooads of beginner 0.0 pilots for their first baby 0.0 steps. This is the part thats genious market wise to fill up 0.0 moar and take the psycological entry barriere away that most high sec puppies have. Give it a year and they are all vets ready for combat. All CCP now have to do is make those 2 go to war and everything spreads out in a long term plan, everyone lives happy ever on... space gets filled, goons can milk moar goo and ect ect im bored typing.

All moon minerals should be randomized every month to discourage bluing all of null. Now that goons have taken all the moons there will be a long era of farming with zero reason to war again. Allowing out posts to be destroyed and its Contents to be looted would be epic for null too.
All players in hi-sec, docked or undocked, should be CONCORDED at a random time once a month.
It would discourage carebearing in this era of farming.
Assets in NPC stations should self-destruct.

It's not entirely equivalent in form, but it is in stupidity.

Wow, I'm glad you got bored. You're really bad at it.

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

Yet again why did CCP move the moons into one region and still not spread them out...

It's too nice a day to be shouting at anyone, instead

I think the loveliest time of the year is the spring.
I do, don't you? 'Course you do.

i see his point and i agree. if they would change it so the best moons would be concentrated in the south it would spell disaster for the CFC.

Delve is pretty well packed to the gills with R32 moons, and has been forever. This isn't news look it up on Dotlan. So far as it goes you know what region is short on money moons? Deklain. Fountain came up bingo with a goodly number of the moons that were added with the tech nerf, but that wasn't Goons' space at the time and there had sort of been a cold war going on for about a year.

Considering that neo is are about a tenth of the value currently of peak tech, and that commodity is much more diffuse then tech ever was.....release the tinfoil, Goons weren't helped at all.

But if they let go of the tinfoil hats, how will I know who to block for being a compleate spaztard, conspiracy theorist, kook, crackpot, crank, crazy, flake, fruitcake, lunatic, nut, screwball, and wacko?

Yeah, a deliciously golden brick wall.

We'd ask fweddit, the pros at amarrian territorial conflicts to lead the war forward.

They did put moons in Fountain.
Ok.
Everyone wanted them. Let's be honest. Having moons is bad, mmkay? Except the moons belong to you.
CFC stated it open, invasion for the moons.
N3 and PL hoped to pick on them when both sides were tired enough to facilitate it. Goons AND Test. Let's not be childish and suspect somethign else. Or should i say stupid to suspect something else? All their rage is because this did not work, and, hilariously, because of their own jerking.
CCP? CCP wanted a war. And PLEX sales. Wich they also got. Financiarly spoken, CCP is the only winner of the war, at this very moment.
There was no conspiration. They did just put the moons in a region they were just shure this will start a war. Sandbox, my ar*e.
Moons or not, CFC would have invaded Fountain. But feel free to think different, knowing it's wrong.

Personally, for me Test proved to be a enormous dissapointment. For obvious reasons.
Still it was a good war. Lol

I'll follow the mittani's line that it wouldn't have happened if not for the moons.

At the very least, if there were good moons elsewhere which were easier to take, I think the invasion would have happened there. Granted, TEST may have been the easiest of the nearby potential targets...
