WH Hurricane fit advice

I've never flown minmatar before, but got a new account going that I'm hoping to use to help with some WH ops.

How would you fit a Cane for WH duty? It would be for c1 and c2's only. Not looking to solo, will have other help.

I'd like to see more about armor vs passive shield for tanks. Also, would it not be better to use artillery instead of AC's because of range? There are quite a few anoms that warp BS's and cruisers in at 80km range and won't want to waste time slowboating to them.

It's been awhile since I ninja WH'd with my Cane but checking my EFT I found this old fit sitting there and I think it's pretty close if not the exact fit I ultimately used. Was plenty effective too.
