I am trying a new approach to get more people to gank. I will be paying workers (shooters)up to 20 Million Isk per Hour + ship reimbursement+ bonuses.

Q: How do I apply?
A: Simple-Convo Darius III in game.

Q: You mentioned bonuses, how much are they?
A: The bonus will be paid out according to what you kill, and will range between 0-Isk for someone who never shot to as much as 2 Billion for someone who gets a great target and an even better drop.

Q: What do I need to participate?
A: You need to be able to fly any race BS and use 1400MMM Arty in addition to T2 Sensor boosters and T2 Gyros. Also, you will need to have and use TS3 with microphone.

Even if your spoken/Written English is terrible-STILL WE CAN USE YOU

You can start RIGHT NOW in the Jita area. Good luck and hope to hire as many as 7 guys today!

Theres really no good way to hit in Minnie/Gallente space profitably. I didn't get hardly any gankers this time :(

I have paid over 200 Pilots over 1 Bn isk or more per guy from ganking proceeds. I'd LOVE to run a suicide camp in about 4 hours or so from now....
