Mouse 5 + Can't activate modules

So I use mouse 5 as my push to talk on vent/team speak. Apparently I can't activate modules while I have it pushed which is pretty annoying. I cleared the bind in game and it still won't let me activate anything. Has anyone come across this issue before?
