Hello fellow MD readers,

On behalf of an anonymous party I will be gathering funding for a 200b bond.

> Once a month, the interest payment will be made, likely to be done within the 1st week of each month.
> In the event of a default, investors will be refunded their capital investment and accrued interest to that point if possible. Any isk after the liquidation will be taken as my fee.
> Previous public and private investors will get priority, as will larger investors over smaller investors. This is to make things easier for me.


The anonymous party will be transferring collateral over to me to cover to full amount of the bond. Collateral will be in the form of various materials and ships. The collateral has been under-valued 35% below market value as I'm extra cautious with this volume of ISK and I don't like the standard 10% safety net.


The total Bond size will be 200b isk.

The terms:
5b isk minimum investment
5b investment increments
2% monthly interest
No fixed duration (Approximately 1 year)
Cash out requests requires a 1 month notice, and will be cashed out as funds are available
Periodically the bond will be lowered as the client buys back bonds from investors.

The bond is currently running full, so there is is no need for extra isk. Thanks for the offer!

I declare that BringNRain is not the owner anymore of the 55b isk deposited in this bond.
The new owner is Nirati Anturasi due to BringNRain being sold in the next few days.

Just a small update, I haven't gotten any updates or interest payments in a while, so this might possibly be a defaulted loan. I've mailed the client and will get an update posted here asap.

So getting any capital prints might be an issue.

Either way I am hoping he replies and sends me the missed interest payments as I'm really not looking forward to selling that much collateral. Otherwise it looks as though I'm going to be playing 0.01 isk games for a while. But seriously, recently there have been a lot of loan defaults, I'm starting to suspect people just take them and default to make my life difficult

Which I find very strange considering this clause in all my loans:

"In the event of a default, the collateral will be liquidated to re-pay investors and make up for missed interest payments if possible. Any left over isk will be taken as my fee"

Which I would think is a good incentive not to default. Considering that fee portion in some cases has been 50b+ because of the safety buffer I leave when appraising collateral. In this case there is about 306b in collateral, so for the life of me I simply don't understand why people keep defaulting on me.
