I'll play open cards - I'm a pirate in low sec and for that I make no excuses. What I require is a trusted industrialist that can ship in ships and equipment (or even sell them directly if the price is reasonable) to me. I am based in the low sec system of aurohunen which is adjacent to high sec and 4 jumps away from jita.
I often have blueprints (be it caldari navy scorpions etc) that need construction. I also require someone that can ship up to battleship class hulls (this is rare as I mostly require battlecruisers and smaller).

I will gladly help scout gates and provide any other assistance required. I do realize that many people would prefer me not invovled in their operation ( due to the risks of scams and ganks). And I will gladly defer to what ever arrangement you can offer. I procure equipment semi regularly (normally about once a week).

Buy everything in Jita, have them shipped out via Black Frog (search the Sell Order forum section).
Zero hassle, zero risk.

T1 hulls don't generally give out a lot of profits (typically between 5-10%) and honestly speaking, any serious industrialists would be out of their mind taking up your offer for several reasons (other than the security risk); unless they happen to be based in low-sec near your location. Even then, they wouldn't be wasting time & effort on T1 hulls. Most low sec hull production are almost exclusively capital production lines.

P.S The only exception to the above maybe lowsec market hubs where they sell everything.
