icons of systems en route: add "make waypoint" to context menu. same system waypoint twice

say you have a route of 30 jumps set, 2 waypoints in between. you see those little squares in different colors in the top left indicating the systems en route (thx CCP, this was a nice addition a few months ago!).

1. i would love to see an entry in the context menu of such a system icon "make waypoint".
thus you do not need to use optimize autopilot again or rearrange the waypoints yourself.

2. make it possible to make a system a waypoint twice in a route
