Your logic falters on the fact that he didn't say "Amarrians always lie" missing keyword is in italics for your convenience.

Now had he said they always lie he'd be telling the truth, however being Amarrian himself to state that they always lie would be truth, but in that it'd become a lie in itself... which keeps the status quo.

However without the use of always, he's merely pointing out that the Amarrian race has the capability to lie, which is actually true.

Or it's not true, and he's lying, except then he'd be right in stating Amarrian's are lying in which case it's true.



Either way, he's right.

I have to admit I am somewhat unsurprised to see ms. Farel the only one tackling the issue at hand and being ignored whereas the rest of the community seems to be stuck trying to solve primitive logical conundrums.

I think what everyone is forgetting about the subject of lying is when dealing with a liar you can not truest 'when' its the truth. You have to hold that person to scrutiny on everything thing they say.

So before we hack apart logic threads let me present three important points.

Kazzzi likes to lie

Kazzzi likes to say things that causes confusion/discord on a semi regular basis.

Statements like 'Amarrians Lie" is to broad to hold water. I'm sure everyone lies. We lie to our family when we say everything is going to be okay, we lie to our friends when they ask if something is wrong. However all Amarrians everywhere deserve the brand of Liar? A person who lies on a daily basis for whatever reason because it is a combustion to lie?

That's a little much as I wouldn't even accuse my enemies of that in such broad terms. I would say most of them however are to ignorant to know the truth if they saw it but that's just an example.

Or is it? Who knows? I've never lied to anyone here.

Hmmmm I suppose it just means I'll take the lazy mans route and not lie. It requires to much effort to keep falsehoods going and I have a corp to run, planets to manage and fleets to lead. I don't have the time these days.
