So basically I want to do some solo PVP and small gang. Do I just look for some fits and then take two guns off, add a cloak and probe launcher?

I was looking at this one...

Don't dual plate it.

For solo work i'd recommend a cloaky shield tanked 100MN AB. With the right skills, a few faction gyros, and a couple 3% implants you can get 500 dps out of it with a fairly respectable tank. You also get the added GTFO ability of the 100mn. Just keep in mind you have the agility of a freight train.

Yeah, I'll have to take a closer look at those, because I poked at Pyfa-warrioring such a fit even.

Armor is indeed good for small gang and fleet, though. The fit Jack posted is rather standard, and is quite nice until Falcons or Jamgus pop up on the field (then it gets jammed out because EW T3s have terrible sensor strength compared to DPS T3s). One thing you can do if you don't want to be jammed so much and don't mind some DPS lossage is swap out the Power Core Multiplier for a set of Supplemental Coolant Injectors, dropping a gun in the process, and then fit an ECCM in the 5th med. Up to you really: the choice is between ganky and sticky, and if you think both are needed, then keep both in your hangar! :)
