Yeah, okay, I guess I can buy that excuse. Barely.

Though there's nobody really to blame here except for yourself, because, if you were as mature and professional as you claim you are, you'd have just ignored them and gone and done your job instead.

Lagann, interfered in my action - means attacking me, while I was attacking hostile system.
So please stop your ignorance right here and say no more. You wasn't there, you have no idea what happened.

But of course, since you are gallentean and don't really want to understand what happened, I can't stop you from spitting your inane lies and stupid insults. Well, I could easily stop you, if you were standing close to me, but not hiding behind neocom in some Maker-forsaken federal system, but, meh.

The AAR indicated you fired on them inside a military complex, Diana. Or, before that, at a gate. And then, once more, at a Station.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

What happened at the station was a misunderstanding.
What happened before in the military complex was reply on aggression.
As I said, don't show ignorance by speculating on a matters you don't have proper facts about. Waving some sort of AAR, used by hostile party for insulting and PR reasons is not proper fact.

Actually, Khanid Prime. When not planetside, KP V, Moon 1, Khanid Innovations. Same for me. No hiding here. Neither of us feel the need to leave just to deal with a whiny brat still lost in denial is all. It's this thing called 'priorities'. You barely register except as a source of entertainment.

And I don't recall you claiming anything had been falsified when the AAR was first posted up. Nor did you deny making the first move for a while, just refused to answer why you did.

If these are the facts of the matter, why wait until now, almost a month later, to reveal them?

I think it's taken you this long to come up with an excuse, a very poor one at that. The data logs on the AAR clearly indicate you are the aggressor, but you're going to accuse us of fabricating those too. Whatever. The correspondents here know our character, they know yours as well. I'll leave it for them to judge.

Too much of a hassle to go that far to just break one nose, especially if the target will decide to run.

Depends what you call a move. Hostile action - negative. First shot - quite maybe.

Why should I report to a forum barker like you at all? You don't have any authority to demand me to report to you.
Any of information regarding any of my engagement are not for this media and are available on a need to know basis.
Obviously YOU do not need to know.

Err, what facts?
Im not making any excuse, just saying to stop insulting me with this battered bullshit.

And... excuse me... WHO is going to judge me? Well, should there will be tribunal of some sort, I could provide some information and actually rebut this bullshit. But otherwise - doesn't worth my time.

I'd better continue destroying enemies of the State and those, who will try to prevent me from doing this.

Pyre has put forward their evidence. You have offered none of your own.

You're under no obligation to do so. You're entirely correct. Nobody is in a position to judge you in a legal sense, and it is highly unlikely that a tribunal will occur. The only laws that really bind us are those that we make, local regulations, and CONCORD regulations. CONCORD and local authorities don't do tribunals, they just gun you down. As happened to you.

I'll put aside the snarking and insults for a moment and ask you something seriously. Are you happy with the way things have turned out for you? Universally reviled, deemed a subject of mockery and entertainment? Constantly beset by accusations of liar, traitor, fool and more?

It's true that we operate in a world where we don't have to be accountable to anyone but ourselves. If your conscience and the path before you is clear, more power to you. You've demonstrated time and again that you have some pretty strong convictions, and if they're as strong as you make them seem, then perhaps that's all you need.

If not... well. The way you react to people makes you no friends, only enemies. It doesn't have to be that way.

Called it.

Diana Kim wrote:

A bunch of us called this too, and if you think either of us would run from you, especially when you bring the fight to our doorstep, you are sorely mistaken.

Play cat and mouse? Maybe. Ignore or mock your pitiful, ceaseless noisemaking while letting you make a laughingstock of yourself in front of the locals? Probably.

But run? No.

When faced with someone who'll lose a Falcon and a Zealot to two frigates in short order, I don't think we have any need to run from the likes of you. And even if we did? Unlike you, we have friends. Friends who would be more than happy to help us smear your smouldering wreckage across the surface of the nearby moon.

But please, do continue to keep making threats that you'll never back up. It only serves to make you look even more ridiculous, and alienate you further from your kinsmen.

Repentence, I feel it will be better to wait until after Heth's rotting corpse has fallen from the gallows before trying to reach out logically to this creature that calls itself Diana Kim.
Perhaps, once she has had time to grieve for the loss of her sole object of desire, she will actually listen.

Oh, Morwen, your galnet reference link appears to contain an errant hyphen.

Finger slipped on the datapad and I didn't notice - things are a little fuzzy this morning.

Andy, given she's never going to do it, I don't think it's worth worrying over.

And if for some reason she did, odds are something would be said here.

She's normally in Placid or other Gallente war zone regions bordering it when I'm around there. Ran into her with a very fast Hookbill. The six of us couldn't catch the stupid thing so...meh.

If there were a real case, but not rants of mad woman, I would definitely put counter charges and enough evidences.
Well... of course, if it would mean real legal consequences. As for now, it would just generate more rants, both from her side and random barkers and trolls like you.

Err... yea, I had a bit of misunderstanding with station security that time. But all security issues have been solved.

By a couple of gallentean loudmouths? By peoples of dubious loyalties? By dissidents and outcasts from the State?
Well, maybe by the whole Federation, taking into account what I was talking about them - but the Federation alone is definitely not the "Universe". Maybe for YOU alone, but not for everyone.
I really don't care what these buffoons think about me, and replying only for the reason that their ravings aren't the only point that those, whose opinion I value, read.

As I have replied somewhere, GalNet is a nice place to find out, who is actually hostile towards the State, so when the chance will appear, I will know, whom to shoot down.

I have much better places to make actual friends. I would definitely not want to befriend some outcast or dissident from the State, or even.... a gallentean...

Emphasised the key word. There's no court of law, military or otherwise, that can pass sentence upon us. Accountability is thus only present if we choose to be accountable to someone. Who do you consider yourself to be accountable to?

ONE MAN IS NOT THE STATE.

I apologise to those of delicate sensibilities for the shouting, but it seems that one of us has forgotten that and needs to be reminded. Heth is not the State. Oritsuu is not the State. Kim is not the State. Gesakaarin is not the State.

The State is all of us. When one man falls out of step with the formation it behoves HIM to get back in time, the State will not adjust it's tempo. What's amazing to me is that we have Gallente who understand this. We have Khanid who understand this. Intaki. Sebiestor. Amarrian. There's just one person who can't seem to get it through her head.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.
