No? Why not? Care to explain?

Now, to the ones that can read past the 10 first letters of a sentence:

Lets suppose what is written in my Bio is the truth and I can only fly cheap ships with this toon, mostly shuttles, how much you think you will get from my bounty pool (ATM 37M isk) if you manage to kill me? To help you on maths, if you get me on the Tornado I will give for 1 (and only 1) person of the fleet a mere 3.8M isk.

Now, on the other hand, I can put bounties on everyone but the ones that the name starts with CCP (I tried but they have many contacts on CONCORD, to say the least).

You really don't care about bounties? Neither I do. So, what's the point on OP? I will try to explain if you didn't get it already:

1st of all, I really love my mustache and I want to show it. Think about the thousands of code lines to create a character generator as good as we have in EVE being wasted just because some other team think is cool their 10 code lines on that "wonderful" WANTED label above my portrait (and yours too).

For those who are thinking "TL;DR"

OP is aggravated that he spent time getting his avatar just right, lookin' fine, and that when he's got a bounty on his head the "WANTED" designation covers up half his face.

By now I probably am.

Bounties mean nothing really, there's no encouragement to actually go after you as it's such a small amount you get paid out. A lot of people start freaking out once they get a tiny bounty on them, but realistically nobody will be ganking you for you bounty unless you're in something EXCEPTIONALLY shiny and fragile.

At least you have one reason to get rid of this WANTED sign. Many don't have even this.

Custom ship skins, character creator style "repaint". Bring it!

Wanted, for putting a bounty on someone begging for Isk in rookie chat. They returned fire with a larger bounty than I put on them. (Somehow, I don't think they were as strapped for cash as they led people to believe)


It doesn't bother me though.

1) The sign does not cover any of my features.

2) I look pretty war torn as it is, a WANTED sign just completes the look

OP, If you're that bothered about your face fuzz, just take another snapshot of yourself repositioned a little higher.

I designed this portrait so that the wanted sign would sit comfortably below my face.

Now, lets go further and think about the shirts, tattoos and every stuff that CCP try to sell us to make our avatar look even nicer (I'm handsome, I know, but a thing here and there can help even more) BUT, just because some ***** can, there he comes and put that label on you and screw everything CCP is doing.

I PVP all day erryday and I'm **** at it, so all the bounties I've received get cleared very quickly :/

Well yes, that is very true. It would be hard to show off your clothes. In your case, I imagine this isn't an issue (you can only just see your shoulders as it is), however, I can see how it could be an issue for someone with a full torso shot.

On the other hand, what is it you're asking of CCP? To not put wanted signs on people when a bounty is placed on them? This would reverse the situation toward those who actually enjoy seeing the wanted sign on their profile.

Or, is it that you wish for a toggle? Toggling on/off your wanted status defeats the point of advertising that you're a wanted pilot.

I'm sure many people here who have wanted signs are lawful, well behaved citizens. However, wanted does not necessarily mean you broke the law. It just means that you're worth more to someone dead, for whatever reason that may be.
