Let me name my drones

I'm very attached to them emotionally but I can't tell them apart. I think this is putting a strain on our relationship.

I'd name mine after Snow White's dwarfs, Sleezy, Greezy, Scuzzy....I know, there's a few more. Need to watch that movie again.

But, just to contradict myself, don't drones get wasted so much you'd be spending a lotta time naming and naming and naming and naming?

Additionally I recommend the implementation of fighter-exhumers for carriers and supercarriers.

Naming them will allow you to become emotionally attached and allow you to feel bad when they die. Just like being a terrible parent.

Dear OP you can already do this.

In your drone window you can group Single Drones to tabs, Name each tab whatever you wish to Name your Drone. Personally I have my Drones in tabs 1-5. 1 being Hobgoblins 2 being Hammerheads and so on and so forth. Though one day I named each drone. Bob, Sue, Sally, Tom, and Frank, were awesome together.

To help with this problem. I saved myself a lot of time and I just call all my drones 'Fred'.
When I launch them I say 'Fred 1 to 5 attack!'

You could give them each their own folder with thier name, Then put them in that folder. You could still easy control them via "Drones in drone bay" "Drones in local space"

No, no, no! Naming drones is not enough!

I wanna be able to see battle statistic for each drone. Kill counters. Rankings. Overall fly timers and distance meters!

I often wondered what has become of all my drones that I've forgotten to recall (they hardly listen to me anyways). Have they grown and become pretty frigates or are they still out there plotting against me....

i guess losing drone bays off your dread lowers the mining yields your veldnaught pulls in. Shame on CCP

and gone are the days of mining in your supercarrier

best get out and make a fraps of you mining in a supercarrier before the almighty nerf..... just so u can look back on it with fond memories
