Installer Crashes Laptop

When trying to install eve online on my laptop using the online installer it downloads the file correctly but during extracting, it gets to around 50 - 60% extracted then the entire laptop freezes and im forced to crash it by holding the power button and this happens every time i try and extract the files using the installer even after repeatedly redownloading the files.
