I realize out of game you have Pyfa or EFT as options but in game is nice to work with too. So there are times I set up two ships and fit them both making comparisons, or comparisons between two kinds of ships.

This has revealed that the Fitting Window is carrying over ship bonuses not just for drones making the readings different depending on which ship you last made active, but recently revealed that it is doing it for rigs too (had 1 ship w/ rigs, another w/o rigs and readings changed depending on sequence of 'make active' ship).

I did file a bug report on this issue as I became aware of it for drone damage readings in May but this is becoming a bigger issue and would be nice to have fixed for reliable in game comparisons when you are choosing a ship for a purpose.
