Not all but Zealot seems not having much issues to be a better hac than legion.

Now if all others like Diemost and Cerberus are bad it's absolutely not because T3's are great.

You forgot how OP nano HACs were, navy cruisers and T1's completely crap for YEARS, only certain pirate versions were able to do something worth of their isk value.
Then T3's and several bad game changes, super uber even greatly bad coding, bad design choices etc leading to the point you had no other option than go for all canes and maelstroms/falcons all over the place.

T1's got balanced, hell they're better than current HACs except Zealot that has always been good and is just becoming really awesome

Attack Battlecruisers dish about 2 to 3x more dmg at at least 2x the T3 range, are faster and agile

All the sudden T3's aren't op anymore and it's easily understandable, which alliance is stupid enough to givve away trillions worth of isk to replace those ships that do nothing better another ship can do but 10 to 15x cheaper??

Yes T3's are still awesome in small gangs but with recent T1 changes as soon as you stack numbers T3's are not worth of their money for their performances vs T1's

Well there are still arty lokis but well it's not really because those are awesome right? -if Munnins were good Eve players would know it.
