I recently got the black screen at what should be the character select and have tried to re-install the game several times now and this is the message I get each time i try to re-install. *Archive extraction failed:1003* It did re-install successfully once but then the launcher never showed up, I have the repair but that fails too.

then to top it off even if i delete the entire CCP folder all the installer does is go straight to step 3/3. I've also tried the offline installer but can't get that to work either... can anyone help PLEASE?Evil

If you cant post there its possible that a moderator can help you out and simply move the thread for you.
