Griefed in the Help channel, need a way to remove the isk

How so? He has still lost 5× the bounty amount, which was the entire purpose of the bounty to begin with… and in fact, in doing so, he probably made that bounty less wasted than most, since they don't generate any loss at all.

It isn't much to worry about at that level, even big bounties are a bit meh, you could have a billion isk bounty and if someone shoots you when you're in a cheap ship then they get very little.

Maybe like real life, thepeople who get bounties on their head are rarely bad people? sometmes the good guys just anger a REALLY bad guy, one with ALOT of money, whos willing to pay people for their termination?

i'd say removing the sec-requirement was a step in the right direction.

Here-in lies the pointlessness of the new bounty system. Sure, it works, but with everyone bounted, who cares? Just boils down to a little extra isk to the guy that randomly kills you.

In this case, 14mill is nothing. No-one is going to see that and think, i'm gonna gank the hell outta that guy for sure! Even if you're in something expensive enough to give them the whole amount in one go.

Personally, i think it should be changed so that those with high standing are completely immune from bounties. It's only those players that choose the flaunt the law and live the darker side of EvE life should be subject to these "consequences".

Atm it just boils down to "haha, ive got more bounty than you!"

Post with your main, like a BOSS!

And no, i don't live in highsec.  As if that would make your opinion any less wrong.

The halirousness of this thread is that I know the OP is a troll trying to trick people in spending their isk on bounties on a character that is probably going to be bio-massed anyways.

I was in Amarr and someone put a bounty on me for no reason whatsoever!

Of course, I didn't give a crap and being in Brave Newbies it was gone within the hour, but still!

Well technically they can, but everyone has the same risk, and if someone actually does then CONCORD will come and save you/get revenge. The bounty doesn't make you a legal target like having -5 sec status does.

First day of the new bounty system we had a couple of folks running around giving everyone free bounties! Admittedly, only 100K each, but when you are trying to put bounties on everyone in a 5 system radius, the actual payout gets a bit thin.

At this point, if you don't have a WANTED sign on your portrait, it's like you've been hiding under a rock. Or unscubscribed. Or both.

A bounty just means someone wants you to get blown up, it has nothing to do with the "goodness" of your character.

A really overused example: Han Solo and Luke Skywalker had bounties placed on them by the Empire, but were they bad people?
