EVE Client starts but I fail to see anything

Hello. Recently had an issue where despite repairing the client, clearing the cache, and generally refreshing everything my client simply won't open. What happens is when I hit the launcher nothing changes. Looking at my process explorer I see that the EVE Exefile.exe launches, then rapidly uses less and less CPU until it looks something like this. I reinstalled my client and it worked for about a day then I got the same errors again. Can anyone offer me any help?

EDIT: I should probably say I am on a Sager Laptop with an Nvidia 670MX. I am using Windows 7 Home Premium

EDIT: A lot of my programs are behaving erratically so I'm going to go ahead and reinstall Windows.

I'm currently having the same issue. No luck at workarounds yet.
