I already tried searching the forums, that was fruitless

Can anyone tell me where I can get my hands on Booster BPOs like the ones listed at the link below?

I heard they are loot drops from hacking sites, any areas in particular?

I also heard they are mission rewards for running missions for Pirate Agents, is there any truth to that?

No BPOs, only BPCs

Chances are someone had claimed all the constellation with booster related sites (none in highsec). So you're ether going to have to play nice with the locals and risk being stabbed in the back, or be sneaky and risk them catching you anyway.

This is EvE, anything that makes good money has some kind of risk... or is a lv4 mission... or highsec incursion...
