In the last four Alliance Tournaments, CCP has used the website http://at.eve-ic.net to post every bit of information on every match on each tournement, like Matches (schedules), Rankings (Brackets), Statistics (Cool info), Alliances, Prizes, Rules and most importent, the ability to watch a video of each match.

Now we are only having the community website: http://community.eveonline.com/community/alliance-tournament/ with is like - bhaaa...
It do have an okay bracket tree and a list of older tournaments fights but thats about it.

Will the good gathering place for tourney stuff that the http://at.eve-ic.net is, get a segment 11?

That website is/was maintained by IC, the volunteer news group.
Apart from keeping IC around, CCP was not involved directly with that website.

Earlier years, the IC website was up and running well before the start of the tourney. It looks like IX will not be featured there.

It looks like CCP has taken the reporting part in house now but I have not found a place where match reports and such are hosted.
