The 'Base yield' figure for Jita reprocessing is 50% and the 'Net Yield' figure is 87.5%. I assume that 'Net Yield' is dependent on my skills, but are their stations with better 'Base Yield' than Jita? Is 50% low? Thanks.

50% base is the highest you'll get.
