Player Features and Ideas Discussion

The EVE universe contains many criminals, what happens if imprisoned criminals were to suddenly break loose? I imagine it being somewhat similar to incursions. First, concord sends out a message to all capsuleers saying that they can no longer guarantee their safety and recommend leaving the system. Next, chaos ensues as the criminals attack anything and everything they see. Now its time to fight back and regain the system. Your job is to hunt through the system and shoot these criminals until they go boom to collect their bounty and raise the safety of the system. I hope your ship has a point, other wise the criminal you are pursuing may run away.
As more criminals are killed control slowly reverts back to concord. Finally, you are almost done catching all those bad guys...whats that!?....OH NOES! The leader of the criminals that started the outbreak has shown his face. Quick, destroy his faction pirate ship to end the riots and collect some shiny loot.

I like to think of it as a different flavor myself. Incursions could be vanilla while this would be chocolate
