[EVE - Technical]exefile.exe is running but no client shows up

Hi
I got the problem that the client process starts but no window shows up. I had this bug/issue some months ago and solved it but cannot remember now how.
I logged the start up process of course no crash dump is availble due no crashed client^^
My startup procedure is the following:
>I start directly the exefile because i dont like the launcher very much.
>I log in

I dont know how to reproduced. this bug appears randomly...

And why is there always an http 500 error when I try to upload my bugreport?
