Sound bug when I quit eve

Hi, returned to eve online while back and now I get this annoying error sound when i close eve.

Ive tried normal fixes and i cant figure out whats causing it, it doesnt appear if i have eve sounds on 0.

So basicly I hit quit and this annoying ''brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...'' sound loops forever, only fix ive found for this is rebooting my pc.

Please help :((
