War decking an entity should cause your corporation/alliance "sec" status to drop.

So I'm suggesting that each corporation has it's own security status and if your in an alliance it switches over to alliance security status.

I suggest that the corp/alliance loses the equivalent of one lvl 3/4's security gain perday / per war they are perpetrating. I don't think it's allot to get done and it forces the players that war deck others to come out of the station at some point during a war... Takes only one mission to bring the sec status up for everyone

If you successfully station camp the enemy, it has rewards and you can stop war-decks temporarily that they obviously can not compete in.

Mechanics wise, 0-3 sec status = additional cost to start, 3-5 = normal, <0 = can not start war, -5 to -3 = war decks drop

Forces players to eventually come out of their cubby holes and risk their assets in a form other then station games. Not a big opportunity but it could start good war based fights if its balanced.

Just don't like wars that turn out getting no action...

More like forces people to play the game the way YOU want them to, in order to benefit YOU personally while disadvantaging them.

EVE's PVE is awful. The only thing worse is forced PVE.
