This change favours smaller corps or loners who want to have some chance in visiting nullsec without being spotted straight away.

You are spotted straight away because putting a tower up in someone's sov sends a mail to the alliance directorate. On an individual level, you're spotted by all the people who form the intel network.

Allow people to turn off Kill mails (which affects both parties) and have them on a huge timer so that if you turn it off you cannot turn it on again for a month and only give the corporation CEO or alliance CEO that ability. They are the bane of this game. I’ve heard of plenty of occasions where people will not undock, or fight anything but one sided fights because their obsession with their kill boards

If KB obsession led to people being risk-averse, they would be risk-averse on Sisi as well, where KMs are still generated and there are dedicated Sisi KBs.

I hardly ever use mine at all (a few times or on other peoples) as I don’t want people seeing what ships I use. Otherwise they can be used as a counter. When im in a war the first thing I do is go to the kill boards to see exactly who im fighting and what ships they fly.

bloo bloo bloo, your secret setup is no longer secret after the first time

It would create an entirely new profession and that is the intelligence gatherer who maps out systems with POS’s resources and rough exstimates of players. If you can find people who can do it well then they would be hugely sort after people especially if they could keep their secrets. Although they would only be known to a few people as they have to keep their cover intact

We already have this, it's called a "spy." My god, why would I waste my youth flying through largely abandoned nullsec systems when I can simply buy a char and throw him in whatever alliance I need info on?
