First of all. Please do not bring up "propaganda" because only retards and those who know little of the dynamics of combat (meta) and leadership in game talk about that sh!t.

I use to assume players were referring to MORAL but I have recently concluded they believe propaganda wins wars or is a major contributor. When that's not the case unless you're referring to how it effects ones OWN alliance or corporation. Because motivating players and people in general is something all leaders do and how they do so is, meh! I myself have used lies,truths, misdirection and other things that could be confused as solely "propaganda".

Still! That does not mean much unless you're able to win and GOONS WIN. The CFC would not be where they were if it was not for goonswarm federation and thier leadership and mainly it's fleet commanders. Winning battles and wars is where's its at. Yes an entity could lose alot but if they are willing to continue the fight even after heavy losses they can continue for sometime. Well! Until they go broke or lose all thier people that is. So destroying an entities will to fight is alot better than expending your assets and people to achieve that goal. However, that is mainly done from within and not from people posting things about whether they think one side will win or lose or if one side is bad at something.

Generally you would NEED to find someone from the INSIDE to forward that mindset and say it often enough to put doubt in their members or do things to speed up fail. Like disbanding an alliance, dropping sov, whelping fleets, and stealing alot of isk. Mainly though. Having people inside an alliance you'd like to destroy who put doubt in its members or pits its members against its leaders or somehow make line members lose confidence in its leaders. Things like that are the most helpful.

So I suggest you look at battles and internal politics within each entity. If one sides members seem determined and for the whole thing that's agood sign one side has no internal conflict. If one side is losing ALOT of battles or isk then its safe to say they are losing at a major aspect of war (combat). That means they will have to make up in some other area to compete. Hopefully they are playing meta games so the other guy is losing members due to internal conflict and not any losses on the battlefield.

Anyway. As of now the CFC is winning the majority of battles on the small, medium and large scale. The CFC members are determined to win and internally they seem fine. Looking at NCDOT and Nullisecunda I'm not sure I see the same. As I have bros in both alliances and they don't much care for helping test but they do want to destroy the CFC but they're not putting to much effort into it or care. Seems to be the leadership who are forcing them into a SERIOUS thing with the CFC. In any case they are not really competing with the CFC on any level of combat (small, med or large). Prolly why PL did not want to engage the CFC in a real sov thing because well it would be hard and no one in PL's leadership wants hard more as a principle since losing fountain back when. PL has only ever backed some other dude in sov battles and not really leading it more supporting it and benefiting. Not since the war with the old NC and nulli/AAA in the south the first time has PL lead there own war. Its always been a pick a side and kill the other dude with no hard lifting.

As for test alliance? They are bad on the leadership level and always been that way. Due to the culture they will never be better than they are. They have fun but could never do anything serious. They have terrible fleet commanders which means they are incompetent. They could never go to war with the CFC without pl's leadership which are ALOT better and at that time non had any interest in going to war with the CFC. With the head or at least hte fleet commanders who could win engagements. Test is just a fun place to chill. MOnti has always been a terrible leader but he was trying to gain the people needed to be better but failed. So test is really a bunch of sheep. They need someone to herd them and no one is atm, but at least they're being helped. If NCDOT did start to completely take test alliance over and integrate like a serious coalition. I think things would be A LOT better in the war. Test can put alot of happy members on the field when they're winning. I mean like 700 - 1000 on thier own and that is something you could only expect from a coalition not ONE ALLIANCE. If NCDOT was smart they would take that asset and run with it.

Anyway. Right now the CFC are clearly winning the vast majority of battles and internally they seem fine. I mean the CFC is just a PL surrounded by smaller test like alliances that cannot do anything without goonswarm federation except for RAZOR.

So Test cannot survive without someone more competent and they should join NCDOT/Nulli's coalition and truly integrate. Otherwise whelp... Oh! As some have said. You go for the moons first and start making bank. You really start taking sov after the war has been won. Goons are already making R64 isk and don't be fooled. Even if they don't win in fountain they wont be broke. They'll just have to scale back their ship replacement program to the level that most competent pvp entities have. Also even if the CFC lose their space and its just goonswarm. Unless you destroy goonswarm itself the Mitanni will still be an issue for the foreseeable future. So to truly win you need goonswarm to disband lol.

It's ok, I am a tard and know nothing about nothing so propaganda is a fine thing for me to talk about. Like, anyway, anyone is gonna avoid it because snigge-person says so :-)
