Blueprint Display does not work correctly at < production efficiency 5, when there's extra materials

Production Efficiency waste applies to extra materials, when they also appear in the base materials.

The display on the 'show info' of a blueprint does not indicate this in any way. See the display in the screen shot above (taken on Sisi. But it appears on TQ too)

When you then go to build the thing, the waste shows on the raw material, rather than the extra material, which really screws with the display.

This causes confusion for people just starting out, who have been given a blueprint copy to manufacture from, gather the materials the blueprint asks for, and then get smacked with 'Nope, you need more minerals'
